Introduction to the Homeopathic Dispensing course
Homeopathic Dispensing is the process of preparing and delivering homeopathic medicines to patients. Homeopathic medicines are based on the principle of “like cures like”, which means that a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person can cure those symptoms in a sick person, if given in a very diluted form.
Homeopathic Dispensing involves selecting the appropriate remedy, potency, and dosage form for each patient, according to their individual symptoms and constitution. Homeopathic Dispensing also requires knowledge of the principles and methods of homeopathy, such as the law of similars, the law of minimum dose, the law of direction of cure, and the law of susceptibility.
Homeopathic Dispensing can be learned through various courses and programs offered by different institutions, such as the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), which offers a one-year Certificate in Homoeopathic Dispensing course for learners who have passed class 10th or equivalent. Homeopathic Dispensing can also be practiced as a career option, as there is a demand for qualified and experienced homeopathic pharmacists in homeopathic dispensaries, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Summary: Homeopathic Dispensing is the art and science of preparing and delivering homeopathic medicines to patients, based on the principles and methods of homeopathy. It can be learned through various courses and programs, and can be practiced as a career option.
